Media Score
Every company receives a daily 0–10 Media Score, built on our published MediaScore methodology. We aggregate thousands of media sources into one number that tells you, at a glance, whether the news is promoting or detracting from a reputation. The neutral anchor is 7: without coverage the score settles back to neutral, while fresh news moves it up or down, with negative news weighted twice as heavily as positive news and fading more slowly, so the score reacts to pressure before it shows up anywhere else. Filter the score by theme to track the dimensions that matter to you, such as Financial health, Compliance, Governance, Social and Environmental.
